Vu dans les EchosPascal Morand est nommé directeur général de l'ESCP-EAP.
Pascal Morand, cinquante ans, diplômé d'HEC, titulaire d'un DEA en science des organisations et d'un doctorat d'Etat en sciences économiques, a été, de 1981 à 1987, chargé de cours à HEC et à l'université Paris-I Panthéon-Sorbonne. Il a parallèlement été, de 1985 à 1987, responsable du troisième cycle et des programmes internationaux à l'ESCP. Depuis 1987, il était directeur général de l'Institut français de la mode (IFM). Professeur associé en économie à l'ESCP-EAP depuis 1993, il est également « visiting professor » à l'University of the Arts London depuis 2006. Pascal Morand est en outre membre du conseil d'orientation du centre d'observation économique (COE) de la CCIP.

London, September 04, 2006 : ESCP-EAP European School of Management today announced that Jean Louis Scaringella has stepped down as Dean of ESCP-EAP after seven years at the helm. He has been succeeded by Dr. Pascal Morand, a professor of Economics.

Announcing his departure, Jean Louis Scaringella said “I have dedicated the past 25 years at the CCIP to the management of business schools, first at HEC and CPA, then at ESCP-EAP. These have been eventful years during which French business schools have internationalised and become very competitive globally. I look forward to new and different challenges, at the same time I will continue to work with my colleagues in the world of business education. My successor has been carefully chosen to ensure the continued Europe-wide development of ESCP-EAP”.
